Gramin Vikash Seva Samiti (GVSS) has been operating the Deendayal Rasoi Yojana in Dindori since 2019. The programme receives 50% financial support from the National Urban Livelihoods Mission (NULM), Dindori, while GVSS contributes to its effective implementation and management. Nutritious, hygienic meals are provided at an affordable price of ₹5 per plate to daily wage workers, students, senior citizens, and economically vulnerable individuals, ensuring food security and dignity for all.

A Tradition of Service, Faith & Compassion
Gramin Vikash Seva Samiti (GVSS) is deeply committed to serving devotees, saints, and pilgrims undertaking the sacred Maa Narmada Parikrama. Every year, nearly 2 lakh saints and pilgrims travel along the Narmada Parikrama route, and GVSS remains dedicated to supporting them with devotion and compassion. Through the distribution of nutritious refreshments, drinking water, and essential support services, the organisation strives to ensure that every pilgrim experiences care, dignity, and hospitality throughout their spiritual journey. This initiative reflects GVSS’s enduring commitment to humanitarian service and the spirit of “Seva”.

🌱 Organic Farming & Sustainable Agriculture
In Collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Government of Madhya Pradesh
Gramin Vikash Seva Samiti (GVSS), in collaboration with the Department of Agriculture, Government of Madhya Pradesh, promotes organic farming and sustainable agricultural practices among rural and tribal farmers. The programme focuses on reducing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides while encouraging eco-friendly cultivation methods, soil health improvement, and climate-resilient farming. Through farmer training, field demonstrations, and technical guidance, GVSS supports farmers in adopting sustainable agricultural practices that improve productivity, protect natural resources, and strengthen rural livelihoods.
